Hello! I’m Peyton Tyler Holland.

As an upcoming college graduate preparing for a major career pivot, I thought it best to consolidate my online presence to a single location, to give a better and more comprehensive window into who I am and what I am about.

I am a lifelong Georgian, and I currently reside in Atlanta (Buckhead) where I have lived for the past 11 years. Following the fall 2026 semester, I will graduate from Georgia Gwinnett College with a bachelor’s degree in software development, with a concentration information technology. In 2012, I graduated from Gwinnett Technical College with an associate’s degree in game and simulation development.

I have worked with many programming languages, but most recently and extensively with Java, Python, SQL, and others. I have also worked in a group setting to create an app-native, actively-used scheduling component using the MERN stack for a local educational nonprofit, in which I acted as project manager, in which we employed Agile methodology in conjunction with Jira and other tools. I have worked across many disciplines, including database management, data science, data visualization, website development and design, e-commerce design and management, and others. I am an enthusiastic problem solver, and work diligently in pursuit of becoming a better programmer, engineer, and computer scientist.

I most recently have 14 years of employment experience as Operations Manager for a telecom, AV, and IT equipment retailer located in Suwanee, Georgia.

I love sports (huge Arsenal supporter, Atlanta United supporter, Braves fan, and Georgia Tech fan), I am an avid gamer (absolutely love Final Fantasy XIV), cat dad, and tech enthusiast. I also love the outdoors (you can often find me at Piedmont Park on a long walk), and love to get lost in a good book.

I’m driven by the philosophies of clean, responsible version control, and comprehensive, informative documentation for user and engineer alike. I work collaboratively, adhere to business alignment, and try to take a managerial stance in the pursuit of all projects.
